When you reach 5th level, you can cast the darkness spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.

Farmer’s Grit: Advantage on Constitution checks related to exhaustion or long work hours.
Instinctual Awareness: Can use Wisdom (Perception) instead of Intelligence for detecting magic or hidden presences.
Regeneration: allowing him to be restored by replanting pumpkin seeds, taking about 20 minutes to regrow
