When she was a child, laughter could light candles, tears could freeze water, and anger once shattered a crystal dome that had stood for centuries.
Her family — scholars and nobles — feared what they could not predict. Though she carried the refined blood of her lineage, Mercy was cast as an outlier, a danger to the delicate balance of their traditions. Refusing to be caged, she left her people behind, taking only what she could carry, determined to shape her own destiny.
Now Mercy wanders the world, her sorcery a storm at her fingertips. She seeks to master her gift, not by suppressing it, but by embracing the chaos of its flow. To some, she is a threat; to others, a miracle. To herself, she is a question waiting for an answer.
