Keen Smell: The bear has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
Diseased Strikes: When the Plaguebearer hits a creature with its melee attacks, the target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be infected with a debilitating disease. At the start of the infected creature's turn, it takes 1d6 necrotic damage, and its speed is reduced by 10 feet. The infected creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the disease on a success. Lesser restoration or a similar magic can also cure the disease.
