Turbo Granny can move through creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. She takes 5 (1d10) force damage if she ends her turn inside an object.
Fearsome Appearance: Any creature that starts its turn within 30 feet of Turbo Granny and can see her must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of its next turn.
A creature that succeeds on this saving throw is immune to her Fearsome Appearance for 24 hours.Incorporeal Movement: Turbo Granny can move through creatures and objects without expending extra movement. She cannot end her turn inside a creature or object.
Multiattack: Turbo Granny makes two Claw attacks or one Claw and one Soul Drain attack.
Claw: Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (3d6+6) slashing damage.

Turbo Granny regains hit points equal to the damage dealt. Turbo Granny releases a horrifying wail. Every creature within 30 feet that can hear her must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature drops to 0 hit points.
On a successful save, a creature takes 21 (6d6) psychic damage.
Turbo Granny moves up to her speed without provoking opportunity attacks. She can pass through creatures during this movement, dealing 10 (2d6+4) necrotic damage to each creature she passes through.
The target must succeed on a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone. Turbo Granny can take the Dash action as a bonus action, and her movement doesn’t provoke opportunity attacks.
